Brothels and Massage Parlours: An analysis of the Disorderly House Amendment Act (1995)

Project Member(s): Crofts, P.

Start year: 2002

Summary: This project will result in the publication of two refereed articles in law journals. It is hoped that these publications will inform parliamentary research and Local Council policy. Additionally, due to the dearth of current legal research regarding legislative responses to brothels, this research is intended to provide the basis for further grants funding international research considering best practice regarding brothels.
