An Evaluation Model for E-Service Adoption

Project Member(s): Lu, J.

Start year: 2002

Summary: Organizations urgently need to assess their benefits in E-sevice adoption, and identify what factors are affecting E-service benefits. This project will develop an evaluation model for E-services adoption to identify these factors, through assessing the changes taking place in service functions and companies' relationships with their customers as a result of innovative uses of E-service. The information shown in the model can assist organizations in obtaining insights on benefits, success and risks of E-service investment and find solutions for problems in E-service. The recommendations proposed will help organizations in making E-service strategic planning and taking full advantages of E-service.
