Summary: Australia's small corporation sector comprises more than one million firms and employees more than 3.5 million people, and will be able to conduct business more efficiently and profitably if its regulatory model fits its requirements more closely. This project's aim - to develop a responsive regulatory model for small corporations - will free up the time and attention of managers so they can get on with creating firm value and providing more innovation and creativity in this vital sector of social and economic significance. Employees and customers will benefit from more successful firms focusing on business development.
