Summary: Downer Rail and UTS (DOC and ISF) have partnered to conduct research into how innovation techniques such as design thinking can be used to take on challenges within the Downer business. This project will explore how innovation techniques can be used to improve Downer's management and general approach to graffiti on the Millennium and Waratah rolling stock.
