Summary: Neuromuscular Disorders comprises of Myopathy and Neuropathy. Myopathy refers to any disease that affects muscle tissue. Current methods of diagnosis of these disorders take a long time with multiple tests which are costly. This results in increased cost for patients which sometimes results in fewer patients seeking medical assistance. The present invention is designed to act as a diagnostic tool for Neuromuscular Disorders (Myopathy & Neuropathy). It is an automated intelligent classification system based on EMG signals for systematic diagnosis of Neuromuscular Disorders. This tool is an interactive system with user-friendly graphical user interfaces that is useful tool for clinicians and researchers. It is a non-invasive system that provides high accuracy of classification and flexible where it can be used as stand-alone or as an integrated system.
