Summary: This proposal is for an extension of the Delegate Expenditure and Beyond Tourism Benefits (BTB) studies. The purpose of the study is to continue to reinforce the Expenditure Forecasting Tool (EFT) whilst capturing the full value of business events. This extension project is to include delegate/organiser expenditure as well as key BTB questions.
