Summary: Business Events Sydney assists their clients, bid leaders and organisers, to bid for national and international conventions, meetings and exhibitions. This support includes providing bid leaders and organisations with assistance in all aspects of their bid, including inter alia, accessing available government funding, developing and implementing a professional bidding strategy, intelligence gathering and co-ordinating site inspections. Quality assurance is a key element in measuring whether a firm is meeting the expectations of it¿s customers. The purpose of this proposal is to conduct research which can assist BESydney to evaluate the services they provide to their clients and to use the knowledge to improve the support they provide to their clients.
