Summary: To benefit the projects of both UTS and the Blood Service by engaging a biostatistician (¿Biostatistician¿) who is familiar with the work performed by both parties and on-hand to consult with and provide advice regarding the project design, methods of analyses and other project specifics to the parties. The intention of both parties is to jointly appoint such a role with view to gaining the mutual benefit of such an appointment. The Biostatistician will work on location at both UTS and the Blood Service. The Biostatistician will be employed by UTS and will spend an average of 2.5 days per week on the Blood Service premises, with the exception of times where the Biostatistician is on leave or on work-related travel (e.g. conferences).
