Program services review

Funding or Partner Organisation: City of Salisbury

Start year: 2014

Summary: ACELG has been engaged to undertake two service delivery reviews for Salisbury Council (SA) applying the ACELG service delivery review methodology. The service reviews will be undertaken concurrently for Parks and Landscape and Civil Services . The project aims to identify service efficiencies and opportunities for cost savings and productivity gains. The reviews will also ensure that Council¿s nominated services are relevant and delivered effectively and efficiently to provide best value to customers and key stakeholders. ACELG will assist Council in assessing its internal capacity to ensure the delivery of the objectives articulated in the Community Strategic Plan, the Delivery Plan, Operational Plan and other key elements of the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. Whilst the scope of the reviews will predominantly focus on operational service levels, the relationships between service provision levels, operational service levels and strategic asset management will be highlighted as part of the review process.
