Summary: The pilot study will work with a small sample of leading community pharmaciests to assist them to develop a service around minor ailments and pharmacy only products .The concept is to stimulate the process of changing their current business model to a health focus model. A 2 day program using Problem Based Learning (PBL) principles has been developed and will be evaluated.The outcome will be for participating pharmacists to establish executable strategies for their own pharmacies and/ or groups.
