Summary: The review would have three primary objectives 1. To undertake a systematic review of the published and grey literature of the role of community pharmacy in the treatment of minor ailments. 2. To undertake an in-depth review of existing international minor aliment scheme in community pharmacy. 3. To use data generated from the two previous objectives to propose various models suitable for the Australian context and within the HDP model. 4. To explore criteria for the service within the HDP model, including educational strategies, implementation methods, protocols, materials and tools that are currently available.
