Summary: The project will identify the health care pathways, provider payments and associated costs of patients with diabetes in Australia. In undertaking this task, the contractor will: ¿ Assess the average consumption of health services and average costs within the health care pathways for the total population and diabetic population in Australia; and ¿ Identify and describe the recommended/ideal health care pathway for diabetic patients in Australia.
