Summary: Project Objectives: 1. How our members are dealing with disruptive technology and the digital imperative of transformation 2. To understand the strategic objectives from their digital programs, and whether they have developed a coherent plan for incremental radical and transformation innovation 3. To explore whether they have the prerequisites of leadership and organisational structure to create an innovation culture 4. To rate their own organisation¿s current culture in comparison with best-in-class innovation organisational activities.
