Summary: This is an equipment request to purchase a Promega Maxwell 16MDx which isolates DNA, RNA and protein from samples of cells, tissue and blood. The machine will be used among other things to examine pancreatic transdiffereniation in samples for animal livers transduced with adeno-associated vectors.
