Summary: KinCare delivers home and health care support including nursing care, personal care, domestic assistance, social support, respite care, transport and case management to over 6500 clients with the help of 1500 carers and field staff. KinCare¿s current revenues are pegged at $39 million and expected to grow to $89 million. Through a series of formal workshops, deep-dive discussions and review with KinCare, we have identified the Care Giver - Client Workforce Modelling project. The Key Benefits to KinCare are - 1) reusable analytics models that can be further fine-tuned in the future to include new data sets and self-learning engines; 2)Business rules and actionable knowledge to optimal workforce modelling and scheduling; 3) Iteratively reach KinCare¿s revenue target and customer service quality and reputation.
