Building wide partnerships within and beyond the B Corp World

Summary: B Corporations are at the heart of the new economy. The commit to high standards of governance and transparency as well as social and environmental practices and impacts. This project will develop a conceptual model to create and sustain a variety of new and existing collaborations - among B Corps and between B Corps and a range of stakeholders outside the B Corp world. The project will involve an extensive systematic review of the literature to identify: - strategic capabilities required of firms that build successful partnerships - the partnership characteristics that facilitate collaboration between B Corps - the factors that can facilitate collaboration between B Corps and other types of organisations - how knowledge can be best transferred within BCorp networks As well as the literature review, the project will also include interviews with B Corps managers, founding teams and key stakeholders, to ground the research insights.
