Managing risk to environmental markets

Project Member(s): Ramp, D.

Funding or Partner Organisation: Department of Industry, Innovation and Science (Department of Industry Partnership Fund)
Geo Carbon Services Pty Ltd

Start year: 2016

Summary: The goal of this 12-month collaboration is to develop an ecological risk assessment framework to enable the identification of high-risk scenarios faced by GreenCollar’s project portfolio of rural properties. This framework will allow confident decision-making to implement mitigation actions to reduce risk and protect land sector assets. Furthermore, this framework will provide the foundation of an ongoing series of research experiments aimed at improving economic return, food security, asset management, and better biodiversity outcomes.
