Summary: The Specialist Health Service (SHS) is an initiative funded by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and managed by Abt JTA Pty Ltd. The SHS allows the Australian Government to source high quality technical assistance to support health policy, strategic planning and health programming. The Adviser will be responsible for developing an options paper and draft investment concept note to inform the next phase of Australia’s investment in SRH in sudden onset and protracted humanitarian emergencies.
