Summary: This project will produce a report that reviews and assesses literature on existing approaches designed to support accelerated industrial transformation, focusing on the areas of Business Model Innovation and High Performance Workplaces, in Australia and internationally, to define key minimum criteria for these elements of the IMCRC Industry Transformation Accelerator Program (ITAP), as well as key desirable features of the ITAP as a whole, and recommendations on these.
