Summary: The Centre has been established to facilitate the carrying out of the Activities with the objective of enhancing Australia's industrial, commercial and economic growth through the development of sustained, user-driven, co operative public private research centres that achieve high levels of outcomes in adoption and commercialisation B. The Project Parties wish to enter into this Agreement to facilitate the undertaking of Projects as part of the Activities, which Projects will be undertaken on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
