Summary: The Project objectives are to 1. Identify the scope of the chemial targets to be considered, nominally explosives and volatiles 2. Identify existing technology that could be applicable to this problem and industry 3. Assess theoretical accuracy and reliability of identified technology for the intended purpose 4. Identify possible technology extensions from (2) above and emerging technology areas that could be applicable to this problem and industry 5. Asses potential accuracy and reliability of technology identified in (4) above for the intended purpose 6. Delver a comprehensive report assessing overall feasibility and recommending future directions.
