Summary: This project aims to detect an animal's behavior along with health information on-farm and from farm to fork, that is visible and controllable online and wirelessly via a farmer's mobile or laptop. The structure uses RFID systems that include low power sensors and low profile, self-powered wearable technology (such as smart collar). It is worth mentioning that the RF energy harvesting circuits and super-capacitors supply the system energy without the battery. As a result, the structure will last longer and will be cheaper in comparison with other technologies.
