Summary: Background: A rapid molecular toolkit has been developed by C3 at the University of Technology Sydney in order to measure if seagrasses are stressed. CARDNO has emitted interest in implementing this molecular toolkit on samples collected during heatwave in Lake Macquarie (NSW). Cost estimate: $3,518 would cover the cost of assessing 10 samples (5 replicates per site) from 2 sites (excluding field collection as indicated above).
