Summary: The goal is to develop a detailed analysis of overseas qualified migrant engineers who hold skill-stream visa in Australia and unemployed. Based on the inputs from quantitative and qualitative data, the project will deliver a report discussing potential pathways such as mentoring and re-skilling that could improve immigrant engineers employment and full utilization.
