Summary: The objective of this project is to develop a smart information tool using analytical/statistical methods or Machine Learning techniques to evaluate the customer impacts. The tool will be focused on the identification of service gap and quantification of customer impacts under various unplanned disruptions with particular focus on incident related disruptions.
