Summary: The overall aim is to study the therapeutic effects of candidate heparin mimetic drugs (Generation 3 compounds) on the late phase of allergic inflammatory responses and airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) in a mouse model of allergic asthma. The particular target is Th2 disease and eosinophils.
