Summary: Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is the most common childhood cancer and remains one of the most common causes of death from disease in children. Even though current treatments are effective in treating ALL, a small fraction of ALL cells may still survive after treatment. The cells that survive, even if only a single cell, can cause recurrence of ALL with low survival rates. This project aims to use cutting edge singlecell technology to identify and eliminate cells causing relapse in ALL.
