Summary: In collaboration with educators, TD Schools aims to support the implementation of the 2021-2023 Loreto Normanhurst Strategy through an emergent research process. This will be done through a co-designed partnership, where academics and educators will come together to vision the future of the school, identify and support the needs of educators to create a holistic curriculum for the compassionate warriors at Loreto Normanhurst, and measure the impact of such an educational program. The overarching objectives of the research project include: How can we create a space for mutual learning between educators and academics in order to support transdisciplinary learning, research and professional practice to embed cultural change for the empowerment of young people How are K-12 educators articulating indicators of success for embedding graduate attributes of the Loreto Normanhurst compassionate warriors?
