Summary: We will engineer a biomimetic 3D printed model of the cnidarian-dinoflagellate symbiosis. Although our model system focusses on symbiont-bearing corals, it is also applicable to symbioses between other members of the Cnidaria (anemones, jellyfish) and dinoflagellate algae.
