Summary: Trusted Federated data management for measured circular economy (with the following proposed scope of work) • Edge-computing-based in-situ plastic classifications, e.g., use near-infrared sensors and signal processing techniques to classify plastic waste on-the-spot • Web and mobile APP for data collection and system access • Distributed federated database to enable trusted data sharing among partners, auditing by authorities, as well as provable track records that can be verified by customers. • Machine learning tool which interacts with the database to recommend actions, reward positive activities, rationalise the logistics and recycling of plastic wastes
