Summary: This PhD Project investigates ways to integrate outputs from sensors with platform management operations to help manage congestion while at the same time leveraging customers wanting to increase their comfort levels by providing information feedback loops to customers, helping them to self-organise in formations that reduce the impact of congestion on operations.
