Summary: The specific objectives of the project are: • Evaluate guardianship law in relation to violence against women with disability • Evaluate quality and safeguarding in relation to violence against women with disability The following work program will achieve the objectives presented above: Phase 1: Draft submission to the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability, which will be co-authored by Linda Steele and Carolyn Frohmader and finalised by Carolyn Frohmader.
