Summary: The Department of Education, Health, Safety & Staff Wellbeing Directorate is developing an Occupational Violence Strategy (OVS) which seeks to address the increasing incidence of occupational violence in our schools. This strategy includes developing our data informed practice capability, where data science and data analytics guides and supports tactical implementation of OVS across schools. They are seeking to engage qualified suppliers of the ‘Performance and Management Services Scheme’ with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of data science and data visualisation to deliver the following key outcomes: o Capability uplift of data informed practice for OVS application o Proof-of-Concept to visualise OVS data and guide tactical implementation of OVS o Establish best practice principles in the field of data science and application to support OVS and BAU o Establish partnership with multi agency/sector to enhance and accelerate capability to support OVS
