Summary: This project presents a secure, trusted and scalable storage and computing platform. A database and a private InterPlanetary File System (IFPS) network are developed to manage historical and real-time data in a trusted and secure way. An auditable access tracing layer is proposed to improve the data trustworthiness and auditability by recording all data operations on the immutable consortium blockchain. The blockchain also certifies data processing and computing in the platform so that the platform can provide trusted, auditable and privacy‐preserving Data as a Service (DaaS). The platform supports privacy-preserving data sharing where shared data are obfuscated by differential privacy schemes. The platform also enables fine-grained data access control based on the built-in Attribute-based Encryption (ABE) and is compliant with relevant data sharing standards.
