Summary: The aim of this proposal is to bring stakeholders from researchers, recyclers, cement manufacturers to end-users including water utilities, roads and transport agency, mining industry and councils to create the value chain for durable and high performing specialty concrete (SC), general purpose (GP)-based, blended cement (GB)-based concrete, and SC with repurposed wastes (e.g., powdered glass, mine and plastic wastes) in the construction and rehabilitation of non-structural (e.g., road curb) and structural civil assets including pavements, manholes, and culverts.
