Summary: This proposal addresses this urgent situation by developing responsible artificial intelligence (AI) methods to: • Analyse scientific literatures before, during, and after pandemics in the human history; • Recognize determinants of team success from the aspects of collaborative patterns and team characteristics; • Recommend fair teaming solutions for scientists to quickly response to the pandemics crisis and enhance the resilience of the community.
