Summary: The proposed joint project will see the extension of an evidence-based and methodologically rigorous evaluation of the impact of Unilever Australia’s implementation of a four-day week trial. In this way Unilever and UTS can continue to work together in discovering the foundations of a truly productive, stimulating, and flexible work environment.
