Summary: This project will design and build computational approaches for identifying the gap between expectations of the labour markets in terms of talent required, and the training given to students. This project has two purposes: 1) survey a sample of employers to understand the gap between their expectations and the profiles of the boot-camp graduates, 2) propose solutions for the disconnect via improving the content or the format of the boot-camps. Successful outcomes of the project will identify the disconnect between demand and offer of talent and how to close the gap.
