Summary: This project will contribute to Australia’s strategic information capabilities through the construction of NARRATE - a situational awareness dashboard that allows exploring narratives and relationships between topics and users in the real-time and across multiple social technology platforms. Drawing on the case of Ukraine’s takeover of Kherson (2023), it will develop, combine, and test a series of computational approaches.
