Summary: Continued development of the strip-based SPINT1 protein test assay, in collaboration with UoM via NHMRC funding awarded to UoM (APP1183854). The specific objectives of the project are: • Optimizing the protocol for effective surface modification and antibody bioconjugation. • Optimizing the protocol for the detection of SPINT1, sFlt1 and PIGF biomarkers. • Verifying the performance of the strip-based SPINT1, sFlt1 and PIGF detection in clinical samples. • Test clinical samples.
