Summary: Research Scope: This study will focus on measuring key factors impacting organizations’ pursuit of higher productivity performance in relation to business regulation, including registration and licensing. The study will involve businesses that have interacted with business licensing or regulatory procedures in the past two years. Research Methodology: The research will be conducted through in-depth interviews with businesses, which focus on the real-life impact of regulations rather than the intended impact sought by the regulating body. A case study model will be used through Zoom interviews with a semi-structured approach.
