AI-Based Conversational Virtual Assistant Utilizing Advanced Generative AI

Summary: The primary objective is to create a voice-enabled mobile application centred around a ChatGPT-4 model. The project will proceed in two stages: a beta model for demonstration and an advanced model for matching user data and governmental integration. Phase 1 includes research, planning, and developing a prototype for a virtual assistant.
