23025 Team Up

Summary: Team Up is 10-year sport for development initiative funded by DFAT, with an annual budget of AUD $6 million. Team Up comprises more than 30 programs, across six Pacific Island Countries (Fiji, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu), that are working towards three outcomes: 1) Sport programs attract and retain women, girls and people with a disability, as well as men and boys 2) Sport organisations are safe, inclusive and accessible 3) Australia and Asia-Pacific partners use sport to strengthen relationships and build closer collaboration. Team Up is seeking to find an appropriate Australian partner to work alongside regional and national partners, to conduct longitudinal monitoring and evaluation on the impact of the Australian Government’s investment in sport for development in the six Pacific Island Countries.
