CTCP Resilient communication to autonomous systems and operation without GNSS

Summary: This project will develop a unique, game changing technology that will provide resilient secure communications to all types of autonomous systems on land, water or in aerospace, and enable them to navigate for unlimited durations day and night even when GPS/GNSS is completely denied.
