Assessment of a novel catalytic process for degrading triazoles in semiconductor manufacturing wastewater

Summary: In this project, researchers from the Centre for Technology in Water and Wastewater (CTWW) will conduct experimental work to evaluate IWI’s singlet oxygen triazole destruction technology using actual wastewater from an Intel semiconductor manufacturing facility. The results will be used for process optimisation and designing full scale systems for commercialisation.
