Summary: The purpose of this project is to produce a fundamental design for a Quantum Memory Cell (QMC) and initial protocols for a sneakernet based entanglement distribution network [1]. A QMC is a quantum Low Density Parity Check (qLDPC) active error corrected logical qubit block that is high density and capable of storing arbitrary quantum states for long periods of time - measuring in the range of months to years of wall time storage - at high to ultra-high fidelities - from 99% to arbitrarily close to 100%.
