Developing personalised 3D bioprinted cardiac patches with Advanced Hydrogels for heart failure patients

Summary: Heart Research Australia (HRA) application for fundings. They apply for Dr Gentile's team to their portfolio of foundations as a donation to UTS. This is a minor invited application and more opportunities will become available to further support Dr Gentile's team. The project aims at testing a novel hydrogel formulation for heart regeneration in mice (IP protection already discussed with the UTS IP Team). This project is needed to move towards translation of in vitro findings closer to the clinic. Funding from HRA will be used to buy, use and analyse animals and consumables.
